This presentation will cover a range of clinical cases in which clinicians may consider referral as a way to optimise the final outcome as well as understanding their integration in multi-displinary teams in the management of complex cases.
- Understanding of current treatment modalities of periodontal treatment, mainly in the management of residual pocketing after provision of stage 2.
- Understanding of different approaches for the provision of aesthetic mucogingival surgery.
- Description and understanding of the management of complex implant cases in the anterior region.
- Understanding of referral pathways.
Aims
Clinician will gain awareness in the management of periodontal cases, mainly from a surgical point of view.
Clinician will gain awareness in the management of aesthetic defeciencies involving hard and soft tissue.
Clinician will be able to understand the complexity associated in the management of implant cases in the anterior region
Clinician will be able to refer more effectively.
