Health and wellbeing is often put to the side for the sake of our work but we should all find ways to reverse this trend and take better care of ourselves for the sake of our family, our patients and the future of our profession.

Raise awareness about the importance of prioritising health and wellbeing - Educate dentists about the pillars of health and how they can integrate them into their daily lives and the lives of their patients - Encourage dentists to make positive lifestyle changes that enhance their overall well-being and professional performance.

Define the pillars of health, including physical, mental, emotional and social aspects - Understand the impact of stress, burnout and mental health challenges on dental professionals - Understand the importance of physical activity, nutrition and sleep for maintaining optimal health.
