Dr Bertrand (Bertie) Napier is a Board member and immediate past president of The BAPD (British Association of Private Dentistry). A GDP for 35 years, he is joint practice principal in a 100% private practice. Over the years, his leadership roles in the profession have seen him recognised in Dentistry Magazine’s top fifty most influential people in the UK dental profession. With extensive experience as a clinician, he is well-placed to be the strong advocate he is for the dental team and for quality dentistry. Having worked in fully private practice in the UK for over 25 years, Bertie believes that wet-finger clinicians at all stages of their careers, should be supported, respected, and enabled to deliver high quality care.
