David Rutherford has been an integral part of the Dentally team for the past five years, playing a pivotal role in the development and launch of Customer Success within the company. Over the years, he has worked closely with hundreds of high street dental practices, helping them achieve their business objectives and enhance their patient experience.
Currently, David focuses on supporting Dentally's group accounts, where he aids in the standardisation of processes across multiple locations as they expand helping these groups streamline operations and maintain consistency as they scale.
Outside of work, David is passionate about gardening, hiking, and renovating his home, always seeking new ways to challenge himself
