Hannah Grieves
Dental Nurse Development Manager,
{my}dentist
Hannah’s career in dentistry started in 2005 as a Trainee Dental Nurse with a small independent practice and qualified 18 months later. In 2014, the practice was sold to a corporate and she was then promoted to ‘Patient Care Trainer’ for an area of 12 practices. 4 months later she went back to her original practices as a dual site Practice Manager. In 2016 she joined mydentist and managed two practices in the North East. A year later she joined the academy team as ‘Dental Nurse Trainer’ for the North East and Scotland. She delivered the student dental nurse programme and then went on to deliver PM training workshops, all whilst working towards her qualification as a Learning and Development practitioner. In 2018 she was appointed as ‘Dental Nurse Development Manager’ and now manages the programme both internally and for external students as well as post qualifications and other dental nurse development opportunities. Hannah is also involved in many project groups across the business, including retention and recruitment where she can add input from her various roles in practice.
