Joanna has been supporting the service improvement of the NHS for almost two decades, currently focused on developing the dental service transformation within Staffordshire & Stoke on Trent. Joanna is highly experienced in mobilisations, project management and re-design of new digital services. Joanna is passionate about developing and transforming services to provide better end user experiences for staff and patients, particularly within dental services.
