Laura has worked within Management for over 15 years, opening her own business at the age of 21 and taking a more active role in the management of this some 6 years later. She has worked within apprenticeship training for the last 7 years, 4 of these in Apprenticeship management and has vast experience supporting the progression and development of team members and helping them achieve their career goals.
