Michael Butler works as a medical doctor at the Jefferiss Wing, St Mary’s Hospital, London – part of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust - as a Sexual Health and HIV specialist. He studied Medicine at the University of Glasgow, with a Masters in Tropical Medicine and International Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Michael has specialist interests in early syphilis infection, HIV stigma, and is currently involved in the writing of the British Association of Sexual Health and HIV Hepatitis National Guidelines.
