Since graduating from Guy’s Dental Hospital in 1989, lifelong North Londoner Paul Abrahams has built a reputation as one of the city’s leading cosmetic and general dentists. In 1993, Paul purchased SmileMore in St John’s Wood. As principal dentist, he has since helped establish the clinic as one of the area’s most popular practices. He has a broad, international client base providing general dentistry and all aspects of cosmetic dentistry. He is celebrating 30 years this year. The practice joined the DENTEX group in 2018 and Paul is a "clinical lead" Paul is perhaps best known in the dental profession for quickly recognising the potential of new technologies to transform patient experience. He is an accredited Invisalign provider and was one of the nation’s first dentists to incorporate the digital iTero scanner into his practice and went on to lead the way in the use of in-house CAD/CAM digital design technology to achieve superb accuracy in chairside restorations Paul is past President of the British Association of Cosmetic Dentists and has served on the board for a decade. Paul is now an elected Board member of the British association of Private Dentistry. He regularly trains and mentors fellow dental professionals on cosmetic techniques and dental technology. Paul has also been featured as one of dentistry magazine’s top 50 influential dentists in the UK and regularly has had articles published in the dental press Throughout his 30-year career, Paul has remained committed to bringing patients the very best in cosmetic, restorative and general dentistry. In pursuit of this, he has undertaken extensive training, including with the prestigious Rosenthal Aesthetic Continuum and Hornbrook Group training academies. Outside the clinic, Paul is married with Four children and a keen sportsman who loves international travel, Peloton and football.
