Richard has been a Consultant for 16 years in a busy trauma and oncological unit in SW London. Passionate about effective and meaningful post graduate education, he and his Co-Founder, Dr Raheel Malik, set up The Aspire Dental Academy (www.aspiredentalacademy.com). He has studied Behavioural Psychology since 2018. The Aspire Academy has provided training in Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry, Endodontics, Orthodontics and Prosthetics, with the formal introduction of Psychology for Dentistry in 2022.
