Rob Higgie is the Defibrillator lead for the British Trade Association advising the government on matter concerning defibrillators. IN addition, at the time of writing, 31st March 2025 has attended 106 sudden cardiac arrests on behalf of the 999 service and helped achieve 34 Return of Spontaneous Circulation
