Learning Content
Andy will share his experience of adopting a therapist-led model within his Cornwall-based practice. Following the departure of his long-standing hygienist, he employed an Indian-trained dentist registered as a dental therapist. This shift has enabled him to focus on more complex and challenging treatments, while also expanding his patient base by approximately 30%.
