Attendees will gain insights from life coaching principles, including how to assess different areas of their life, set meaningful goals and define their core values. We will cover strategies for managing stress, preventing burnout, and achieving a better work-life balance. We will explore the benefits of adopting a growth mindset, viewing challenges as opportunities to build resilience.
Aims
To explore the value of self-development and adopting a growth mindset. To identify personal core values and understand their role in guiding career and life decisions. To explore tools such as the Wheel of Life to assess work-life balance. To recognise signs of burnout and explore strategies to manage stress and support wellbeing.
