Drawing on The Five Behaviours and Everything DiSC, attendees will gain practical tools to build trust, gain commitment, navigate healthy conflict, provide constructive feedback and adapt communication to create high-performing, cohesive teams, in an era where technology and AI are rapidly advancing.
Aims
To explore how trust, communication, and personality styles drive team performance beyond clinical skill, and to equip attendees with practical tools to adapt their approach, strengthen team dynamics, and build more effective, cohesive teams.
