Part one and two will provide advanced hints and tips on a number of approaches to increasing vertical dimension, whether it be severe wear cases or where prosthetic space is required.
Aims
To explain where an increase in vertical occlusal dimension is required in order to achieve a beautiful smile and function. The Kois concept will be discussed along with the Dahl concept and the pros and cons of both. Utilising composite or ceramic approaches and longevities of treatments will be explained. We will also discuss treatment options in relation to patients differing budgets.
