This lecture is designed to help you understand how to diagnose, and to plan and control the aligner component of ABB (Align, Bleach and Bond) which can be used not only to improve appearance but to improve function, guidance, and gain better long term occlusal stability in your cases. Shiraz Khan and Tif Qureshi will provide a unique and fun double act to help you understand these concepts.
Aims
To outline the principles of occlusion, including the role of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), musculature, and teeth in function. To cover aligner planning protocols for predictable ABB (Align, Bleach, Bond) with optimal occlusal outcomes, incorporating ortho-restorative assessment for accurate diagnosis and prescription.
