Aims
To explore why preventive oral hygiene advice often fails to translate into patient behaviour and to address the communication and behavioural barriers behind non-compliance. The session aims to provide practical, evidence-informed strategies to improve patient understanding, build sustainable habits, and enhance long-term oral health outcomes in everyday clinical practice
