Most full arch fixed restorations are retained by being screwed to multi unit abutments. These can be fiddly and time consuming to maintain and remove, but there is now an alternative that makes it easier to routinely remove and maintain full arch restorations.
Aims
To introduce a novel system of fixed full arch restoration without the use of screws.
Learning Outcomes
- Understanding the limitations and complications of screw retained full arch restorations and a basic understanding of how a novel system that avoids the needs for screws works.
