As part of our future of dentistry we will be exploring how utilising and empowering the whole dental team can make for a more engaged, satisfied and profitable team
Aims
Have the participants visualise their own practice and how they may be able to use their current team to take away some of the burden of dentistry from the traditional clinician and understand that an engaged fulfilled work force can mean a happy more profitable workforce
Learning Outcomes
- understand the ways that different team members can be utilised
- understand the scope of practice of the team
- understand that dentistry is a team game
