Business Administrator Apprenticeship
Business administrators develop a highly transferable range of knowledge, skills and behaviours that are valued across all sectors and industries.
On completion of the programme, you will gain a strong understanding of key business areas, including how organisations operate, the value of your role and skills, working with stakeholders, and complying with relevant legislation, policies and procedures. You will also develop awareness of external environmental factors that influence businesses.
You will build practical skills in areas such as IT, record and document production, decision-making, communication and interpersonal skills, quality assurance, planning and organisation, and project management.
The apprenticeship also focuses on developing essential professional behaviours, including professionalism, personal effectiveness, performance management, adaptability, and personal responsibility.
An apprenticeship is a real job, offering hands-on experience, a salary, and the opportunity to gain a qualification while working. You will be treated as a valued employee, with a contract of employment, paid holiday, and access to employee benefits. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will be supported by a dedicated assessor who regularly visits you in the workplace to guide and support your progress.
