Bex Lyon has spent 13 years at the heart of the dental software industry, working closely with practices and groups to understand what makes them grow, and what holds them back. It was that experience that led her to make a deliberate career move to build something different. As General Manager of nGAGE, Bex leads the commercial growth of a patient engagement platform that turns practice data into automated, targeted communication, helping dental teams do more of what they trained for, and less of what gets in the way. Bex is passionate about the relationship between patient communication and practice growth, and believes that most lapsed patients aren't gone - they just need someone to reach out. Her session will explore what it really takes to communicate with patients in a way that drives action, backed by real results from practices already seeing the difference.
