Charlotte is a Team Leader in Environmental Health at City of Wolverhampton Council. Charlotte is an Environmental Health Officer, and holds the lead role in non-surgical cosmetic procedures, where she has a vast amount of experience in regulation on high street issues, including body augmentation, extreme body modification, and injectable procedures. Wolverhampton were the first local authority in England to prohibit Buttock Augmentation. Charlotte has been actively working with stakeholders for a number of years to better regulate the high street, and is passionate about improving industry standards.
