Dr Jin graduated from King’s College London (BDS) and he advanced his training with an MJDF from RCS England, MFDS from RCSEd (Edinburgh), and MFDS from RCPS (Glasgow). He earned an MSc in Restorative Dental Practice from UCL Eastman and holds PGCerts in Medical/Dental Education (FHEA) and Leadership, Mentoring and Coaching. Dr Jin serves as an educational supervisor for the East of England DFT program, a visiting lecturer at the Eastman Dental Institute and Royal College of Surgeons England, and a visiting associate professor in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry at the College of Medicine and Dentistry. A fellow of the College of General Dentistry, he is founder and CEO of Smile Clinic Group and Smile Dental Academy. Honoured with multiple awards such as Dentist of the Year 2021, Dr Jin’s leadership continues to profoundly influence the future of dentistry.
