Preetee Hylton is a senior dental nurse, safeguarding lead and President of the British Association of Dental Nurses (BADN). She is an experienced dental nursing tutor and assessor, with extensive involvement in education, safeguarding policy development and workforce support across dentistry. Preetee brings both professional expertise and lived experience of domestic abuse, informing her compassionate, trauma-informed approach to safeguarding and wellbeing. She is passionate about empowering oral healthcare professionals to respond confidently, ethically and effectively to complex disclosures, including suicide risk, within dental practice.
