Dr Rachael England is a former dental nurse, dental public health expert and policy leader with over 25 years’ experience working across clinical practice, academia and global health. She is Head of Policy and Advocacy at the Oral Health Foundation and has previously held a pivotal role with FDI World Dental Federation, leading international oral health policy and education programmes. Rachael holds a Doctorate in Public Health and is a passionate advocate for prevention, workforce development and tackling oral health inequalities. Known for her clear, human approach to policy and leadership, she works to embed oral health within wider health and social systems, both in the UK and internationally.
