Dr. Sarika Shah is a dentist, award-nominated practice owner, and founder of Flourish as a Female- In Dentistry, a leadership platform that empowers dental clinicians to lead with confidence and clarity. Sarika is a graduate of the University of Manchester (2006) and holder of a Master’s in Restorative Dentistry from the Eastman Dental Institute (2015). She founded Platinum Dental Care in Canary Wharf, London in 2017. Her practice is known for its patient-centred and multidisciplinary approach and a leadership model that nurtures collaboration, trust, and well-being across all levels of the team. With over 19 years of experience in dentistry, Sarika is passionate about transforming the dental profession through leadership development and mentorship. Through Flourish as a Female in Dentistry, she supports dental professionals, particularly women, in building self-leadership skills and fostering collaborative team dynamics. Sarika's focus is on empowering individuals at every level of the practice—so that leadership becomes a shared responsibility that elevates the entire team.
