Vinay is an Academic Clinical Fellow in Dental and Maxillofacial Radiology. He is based between Birmingham and Sheffield and is in his final year of training. Prior to Radiology, Vinay worked as an Academic DCT, Maxillofacial Junior Dentist and was Clinical Leadership Fellow for the Office of the Chief Dental Officer. During his leadership fellowship he became aware of the current and future requirements of the dental workforce, which then opened his eyes to the world of Radiology. He also spent a year working as a Topol Digital Fellow for Health Education England, scoping the use of digital technology, and in particular, Artificial Intelligence in Dental Radiology.
