A: No, but each delegate must register using a unique email address.

Q: What information do I need to give aside from usual contact details?

A: Your GDC number, if you are a registered dental professional. A unique email address is required for every attendee, for the purpose of providing CPD certificates.

Q: Can I register colleagues?

A: You can invite your colleagues to join you when you register - simply enter their name and a unique email address and they will receive an email invitation from you with a link to register.

Q: Is there a charge to register or enter the show?

A: No, it’s free of charge for registered dental professionals only.

Q: Can I register at the venue on the day?

A: Yes you may. However, we recommend you pre-register to avoid time queuing to enter the event.

Q: What will you send me once I have registered?

A: You will receive an email confirmation when you register - please check your junk email if you don't receive this.

Q: When will I receive my badge?

A: Badges will be posted out 2 weeks prior to the show as long as you have registered in advance. If you don't receive your badge before the show don't worry, you will also be able to print out your badge at the registration desks when you arrive.

Q: Where can I get the conference programme information?

A: You can view the programme online here and you can also download the Dentistry Show & DTS event app where you can bookmark sessions and exhibitors, see who else is attending, network, book meetings and much more.

Q: How do I gain eCPD?

A: All British Dental Conference and Dentistry Show delegates are scanned into theatre sessions so eCPD learning can be recorded and added to delegate certificates.

Certificates will be emailed to delegates approximately 8 weeks after the show. Make sure you get scanned into every theatre session you attend to ensure all your eCPD is recorded. You will need to remain in the theatre for the duration of the session to gain the full amount of time - if you leave a session early, you will only gain the amount of time that you attended the session for. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after a session has started, you may not be awarded CPD for that session, so please do arrive in plenty of time for your chosen sessions.
